The unit has been decorated in a quality, coastal style. The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat and armchair, 50” flat screen TV and well stocked bookshelves. The dining table seats 6. The remodelled kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances and has a sunny eating area with table. There is a washer/dryer and washroom on the entry level.

On the 2nd level the master suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom suite has a queen and a single bed and the loft area has a desk, chair and love seat sofa bed which pulls out to provide an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are equipped with 39” flat panel TV’s.
